Tim, the moonshiner, teams up with his partner Tickle to rev up Tim's hot rod for a risky daytime bootlegging operation. At the same time, a hurricane looms over their still site, creating further tension. Meanwhile, a new biker legend emerges in the bootlegging scene, embarking on an ambitious 800-mile journey.
