When Susan and Mary concoct a mind-controlling obedience collar to rein in Dukey's mischievous antics, they find themselves in a whirlwind of unexpected canine escapades. Their invention leads to hilarity as Dukey’s antics spiral out of control. To add to their inventive streak, the girls also create a new acne treatment, which causes its own set of humorous challenges.
