Larry proposes to Mr. Wainwright that a Chronicle staff member should remain atop a billboard until the Bulls break their losing streak. Mr. Wainwright embraces the concept and tasks Larry with selecting a volunteer. Larry cleverly convinces Balki to take on the challenge, but when Balki decides he wants to come down, Larry pulls the ladder away, leaving them both stranded until the Bulls finally secure a victory.
