A major corporation from Chicago plans to purchase 300 acres of land on Mypos, and Balki is selected to handle the negotiations. He turns to Larry for assistance in navigating the process. They receive an offer of 10% from the total sale price of 28 million dollars, and Larry is eager to accept it. However, Balki can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t quite right.
