Clint and Luke decide to invest in a spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom ranch house nestled in the foothills with stunning views of Boise. Inside, they find stucco walls and an oversized fireplace that obstructs the picturesque scenery, while the exterior showcases outdated features from the 80s. They kick off the renovation by removing the bulky fireplace, reconfiguring the master suite, and enhancing the exterior with a wraparound concrete deck that includes an outdoor kitchen and lush landscaping. Luke dedicates extra time to furnish the home with staging decor, hoping this dramatic makeover will attract the perfect buyer and validate their months of hard work.
