Episode Overview
Turk comforts a concerned Carla, assuring her that their daughter will embrace her Latin roots. Meanwhile, the Janitor puts J.D. to the test, demanding he name all the hospital staff. It turns out J.D. has been relying on nicknames, unaware of their real names. If he fails to identify everyone, he’ll have to spend a day mopping floors. In another part of the hospital, Dr. Cox comes to a poignant realization about his loneliness in the absence of his wife and kids.
