S4E13 Bully on the Bus

When Ray and Debra discover that Ally has been bullying a fellow student on the bus, they find themselves at odds over how to address the issue. Ray believes Ally's aggressive behavior is a trait she inherited from Debra, while Debra argues that fostering independence in Ally is crucial; otherwise, she'll grow up weak like her father, Raymond.
