Dennis's school is staging a play, and unexpectedly, Mr. Wilson finds himself cast in it alongside Tommy. Their participation takes a chaotic turn when the two are accidentally handcuffed together just before the performance begins, leading to a series of humorous and awkward moments as they attempt to navigate the play while tethered to one another.
