Following the murder of an American aid worker in Syria by the first recognized American ISIS leader, Elizabeth decides to withdraw all aid personnel from the region, including her brother. She is determined to seek justice for the victim. Meanwhile, Henry faces a moral dilemma when Dmitri requests assistance in rescuing Ivan, who is being summoned back to Moscow.
