The murder of Yoo Su Kyung, a former pro archer, takes center stage, with Do Hak Young emerging as the main suspect. As a friend of Woo Tak, Hak Young is persuaded by Woo Tak to surrender to the authorities. Meanwhile, Jae Chan faces the difficult task of prosecuting Hak Young, but he finds himself lacking sufficient evidence to proceed with the case.
