As a harsh snowstorm hits Atlanta, Mina finds herself in the challenging position of conducting a critical surgery solo, as The Raptor is unavailable, to save a young father's life. Meanwhile, Kit and Bell find themselves unexpectedly tasked with looking after the man's children. Nic and Conrad face a conflict over a patient's treatment, which only adds tension to their relationship.
