Ah Sahm, Young Jun, and Hong accompany Vega to Rooker’s Mill, a border town between the U.S. and Mexico, run by the affluent Elijah Rooker, who organizes a highly profitable fight tournament that Ah Sahm is eager to triumph in. As Ah Sahm uncovers more about Vega, he catches the eye of fellow competitor Dolph and eventually attracts Rooker's attention as well.
