Episode Overview

A young goblin named Yung-Hu is hopelessly infatuated with a married human woman, I-Ling. She and her husband, Kwo-Fong, are thrilled by the arrival of pilgrims eager to learn about Buddha. However, Tripitaka is appalled by I-Ling’s terrible dance performance celebrating Buddhism, leading the pilgrims to depart in disappointment. Seizing the opportunity, Yung-Hu's father disguises himself as a priest and persuades Kwo-Fong to embark on Tripitaka’s journey to India for Buddhist enlightenment. With Kwo-Fong away, Yung-Hu seizes the chance to visit I-Ling.
