S8E17 The Warning

Alexis bides her time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to disrupt Sean and Leslie's relationship. Convinced that Alexis is aware of her affair with Sean, Leslie threatens to bring him down with her if she loses her job. Infuriated by her ultimatum, Sean retaliates by placing a venomous snake in her hotel room. When he arrives just in time to confront her, he brandishes the snake, making it clear he disapproves of her tactics. Meanwhile, Adam worries that Jesse's involvement could jeopardize his chances of gaining custody of Karen's surrogate baby, leading him to bribe Jesse to leave town. Upon discovering the bribe, Karen loses trust in Jesse, doubting his claims of change. Realizing his error, Jesse returns the money.
