Episode Overview

Title: The Hearing (2) Plot: Upon returning from the courtroom, Alexis discovers her apartment has been thoroughly searched. Police Lieutenant Merrill suggests that the burglary might be linked to the recent attempts on her life. Fallon takes the stand to support Steven. Before heading to Montana, Alexis warns Adam that if her journey relates to the poisoning, he will have to handle things alone. On the stand, Sammy Jo concocts stories about Steven's promiscuity. Later that evening, Claudia storms into Sammy Jo's hotel room, demanding she retract her statements from the trial. Claudia then reveals to Steven a foolproof plan to help him keep custody of his son.
