Lucious and Andre are on edge, anticipating Shine's response after their recent business deal took a turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Jamal, still nervous about his upcoming performance, joins forces with Hakeem in hopes that their collaboration will help him confront his anxieties. On another front, Cookie finds herself unexpectedly surprised during a standard meeting with her probation officer.
