Andre embarks on a fresh musical collaboration with Michelle, while a figure from Lucious' history, Angie, reappears. As tensions rise, Lucious hosts a family gathering at his house, but each member arrives with personal motives. Hakeem, encouraged by Camilla, is determined to prove to his father that he possesses both artistic talent and business acumen. Meanwhile, Cookie is ready to present her vision for Empire and her family, just as Olivia makes her entrance.
