The vengeful spirit of la Llorona emerges in Rivervale, bringing fear to the rain-soaked town. Betty and Toni cross paths with the ghost and realize they need Cheryl’s assistance to safeguard Rivervale's children, especially Baby Anthony. Meanwhile, Jughead and Tabitha, along with Veronica and Reggie, find themselves facing their own supernatural disturbances, which start to create tension in their relationships.
