The Colonel, the Captain, and Herr Flick are pretending to be onion vendors while the Jewish tailors in London are busy altering the German uniforms. Meanwhile, Michelle brings a bottle of nitro-glycerin cleverly disguised as Bols Gin, intending to stash it in the café until it's time to retrieve it later that night for a plot to blow up a German railway.
