During her engagement ceremony, Hye Won unexpectedly collapses, prompting deep concern from Jung Jae. Min Woo learns from Jang Mi that Hye Won has undergone a heart transplant, leading him to rush to the hospital to be by her side. While in a coma, Hye Won experiences vivid dreams of a mysterious man calling her name. Min Woo, witnessing this, leaves a drawing he made of her as a token of affection. When Hye Won finally awakens, she finds Jung Jae anxiously waiting by her bedside.
