Elwood P. Gilroy and his aide, Crystal Simpson, make off with the ownership documents for the cattle and then sell the herd to Orville Tippet at a significant loss. After the deal, Elwood abandons Crystal. Determined to see him face consequences, Rowdy and Crystal set out to track down Elwood and bring him to justice.
