Millie received a message from her phone provider requesting updates to her payment information. With her business struggling due to the pandemic, she hurriedly responded to avoid losing any earnings. Shortly after, she received a call from scammers who manipulated her into taking out a £10,000 loan and overdraft by using her security details. They also drained her business account. Now, Millie fears she’s been placed on a sucker’s list and seeks Michelle and Mavis’s assistance to get the scammers to leave her alone.
