Episode Overview

In 12th century England, Irongron, a notorious robber baron, teams up with Linx, a Sontaran warrior whose spacecraft has crash-landed on Earth. To fix his ship, Linx resorts to a time-travel device to pilfer resources and scientists from the future. This risky plan inadvertently draws the attention of UNIT and the Doctor, leading to a clash of timelines and intentions.
