In week eight, the contestants are challenged to create immersive events in Shropshire. Their responsibilities include selling tickets, arranging entertainment, and coordinating food and drink. The team that generates the highest profit will be declared the winner. One team struggles to manage a group of bewildered convicts, while the other comes close to a culinary catastrophe. During the boardroom showdown, tensions rise as one contestant hears the dreaded words, "You're fired."
