Episode Overview

Headmaster Cromwell introduces a new policy regarding haircuts and skirt lengths at Fenn Street School. The students, however, are not willing to accept this change without protest. They band together to stage a sit-in, demanding that they have a voice in staff meetings and seek to establish student representation.
