After Julio leaves his home, Fred and Lamont take the opportunity to purchase the place and transform it into a boarding house, naming it The Sanford Arms. In order to finance their venture, they head to the bank to secure a loan. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when they find themselves caught up in the middle of a bank robbery.
