Episode Overview

CID is monitoring a man believed to be involved in the illegal arms trade to developing countries. Despite eight years of investigation, no solid case has been made against him. A package arrives that may be linked to the suspect. Meanwhile, a car that has been missing, which Yorkie is handling, is found parked overnight. When the couple tries to start it, the vehicle detonates. Twelve days after the couple reported their car stolen, Yorkie informs them that the likelihood of recovery is slim, but he doesn't mind if they want to search for it themselves.
