Episode Overview

A surveyor is busy preparing a certified plot plan, as excavation begins around the main house for the kitchen foundation and a perimeter drain next to the rubblestone foundation. Inside the barn, the master carpenter installs a new post to prepare for the upcoming garage, having previously set one-piece footing forms and used a waterborne laser level for stable bases, with concrete delivered by a small truck.
