Allison is struggling to manage the office while grappling with Amy's incessant and unwelcome suggestions. Meanwhile, Marv has volunteered to accompany Brad on a trip he had originally planned with his ex-wife a year ago. Unfortunately for Allison, the pressure of her new role is compounded by Amy's unpredictable input, and the trip turns into a hassle for both Marv and Brad. Ultimately, Marv decides to offer Allison a permanent partnership, coinciding perfectly with Amy's long-anticipated surprise gift for Allison—a mug that says "Fuller & Fuller Dermatology."
