Steven Seagal has a deep-seated aversion to seeing children in danger. Unfortunately, some drug traffickers lack that same empathy. During two different drug busts, Seagal and his team are stunned to find that many dealers keep their illegal goods near their kids. When Seagal is invited to serve as the Grand Marshal for a Mardi Gras parade, he takes the opportunity to invite children dear to him, aiming to create a memorable experience for them amidst the chaos of their surroundings.
