Maude grows worried when Walter starts smoking a pipe and donning high-heeled shoes. She wonders if he might be experiencing male menopause. However, her real alarm, shared by Arthur, comes when they unexpectedly see Vivian and Walter sharing a kiss. This revelation only intensifies the existing marital tensions between the Findlays and the Harmons.
