A retired police officer's wife goes missing during her business trip to Seattle. While he searches for her, a friend requests his assistance with a murder investigation. At the same time, a 9-year-old girl begins to act strangely after encountering a mysterious figure on the beach. Additionally, an assassin is in a race against time to prevent his hidden truths from being exposed.
