Mitch faces a challenging situation while defending his latest client, Nate Murphy, when Nate's brother is also implicated as a co-defendant. With the clock ticking, Mitch has to persuade Nate to testify against his own sibling and support the prosecution's case. At the same time, Tammy intensifies her efforts to gain insight from Martin Moxon, a possible ally, about his mysterious hint regarding the gradually progressing Sarah Holt investigation.
