Meanwhile, a fugitive Vic is on the hunt for his hidden treasure, while Albert and Lily work to prevent his recapture. In a drunken stupor, Charlie ends up in the clutches of Bob Fink, who is intent on getting him to reveal the whereabouts of the gold.
