Frustrated by the long gaps between holidays that offer free candy, Johnny takes matters into his own hands by creating a new celebration called Kids Get Free Candy Day. Excited to share candy with everyone, he faces opposition from some adults who disapprove of the idea. In a surprising turn of events, Johnny teams up with Dukey, Susan, and Mary, and they find an unexpected supporter in the Beekeeper, who believes in the joy of candy for kids. Together, they rally to defend Johnny's sweet initiative.
