Episode Overview
Title: Changes (2) Plot: Punky is heartbroken when Henry informs her that she will be sent to Fenster Hall after Chillings has removed her from his care. Once at Fenster Hall, Punky cleverly locks Chillings in a closet and makes her escape. She rushes to the school to update Mike on the situation. Mike is willing to assist but needs to identify the DCFS case worker overseeing Punky's situation. Punky reveals that Chillings is in charge, having taken over Fenster Hall after Mike left to teach. Mike confronts Chillings but gets nowhere; he refuses to let Punky stay temporarily with Cherie and Betty, insisting she can't share a room despite being forced to share with unfamiliar girls at Fenster Hall. Betty is understandably confused by this rule.
