Overview

Pudgy the Pup ruins Betty Boop’s picnic by making a huge mess, so Betty sends him home in disgrace. On his way back, Pudgy stumbles straight into trouble with the dog catcher, who gives chase. Now the little rascal must dodge capture and find a way to make things right with Betty.
