Overview

On a wild, storm-lashed night in 1899, Aimée—a young schoolteacher with Republican ideals—steps into a snowbound Alpine village. The locals eye her with suspicion, clinging to their shadowy superstitions. Undeterred, she resolves to bring reason to their darkness. But as she sinks deeper into the rhythms of the community, a strange, intoxicating pull takes root inside her, blurring the line between resistance and surrender.
