Alek, Sophy, and Rudy, three young friends and recent high school graduates from Warsaw, face a crucial turning point as World War II erupts in September 1939. Guided by their motto of resilience, they grapple with the harsh realities of adulthood amid chaos. Torn between survival and the urge to defend their homeland, these boys, raised in patriotic families and molded by scouting values, choose to join the fight for freedom.
