Overview
Seventeen-year-old Joshua "J" Cody relocates to a sun-soaked Southern California beach town to live with his wild relatives following his mother’s heroin overdose. At the helm is the formidable Janine "Smurf" Cody, whose influence shapes the family dynamic. Her partner Baz manages the criminal operations, while the Cody brothers each bring their own complexities to the table. Pope, the eldest, is the most volatile, Craig embodies raw toughness, and Deran, the youngest, battles his own demons of distrust and uncertainty.
