Spitting Image

Overview
Spitting Image, a groundbreaking British puppet satire, was crafted by Peter Fluck, Roger Law, and Martin Lambie-Nairn. Broadcast on ITV from 1984 to 1996, the show spanned 18 successful series, earning accolades such as 10 BAFTA Awards, including Best Editing in 1989, and two Emmy Awards in 1985 and 1986. Renowned for its sharp humor, the series showcased puppet likenesses of notable figures from the 1980s and 1990s, including Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan, and the British Royal Family, making it the first to parody the Queen Mother.
