Junior Masterchef

Overview
Junior MasterChef showcases the culinary talents of contestants aged nine to twelve as they vie for the title of Junior MasterChef in a thrilling cookery competition. Originally airing from 1994 to 1999 with Loyd Grossman at the helm, the show was later revitalized in 2010 with a fresh format, hosted by actress and writer Nadia Sawalha, along with MasterChef's John Torode. The revival, commissioned by CBBC Controller Anne Gilchrist and produced by Shine Television, aired on BBC One, leading to another series in 2012 specifically for CBBC.
