Overview
Set in 1923, a strange blood source known as Ascra has triggered a vampire epidemic in Japan. To combat this growing threat, the government establishes Code Zero, a specialized task force. Led by the formidable S-rank vampire Defrott and accompanied by the inexperienced Kurusu, this elite team is determined to eradicate the undead menace. As they navigate the challenges of their mission, the dynamics between the seasoned vampire and the rookie reveal deeper layers of conflict and camaraderie in a world teetering on the brink of chaos.
