Overview

Rich Bower is poised to become a hip-hop sensation, attracting the attention of Raven and her affluent white high school friends, eager to bask in his fame. Documentarian Sam Donager, intrigued by the allure of black culture among the youth, teams up with her husband, Terry, to capture this cultural phenomenon.
