Law of the North (1939)
After killing his wife's paramour, Robert Shaw flees with his secretary, Jacqueline. They find refuge in the remote wilderness of Northern Canada, aided by a French trapper who mistakenly believes they are filmmakers. As they navigate their new life on the run, the couple faces both the beauty and dangers of the untamed land while trying to escape their past.
