Overview

After being away for two decades, Noriko comes back to Nagasaki to sort through her late mother's belongings. While doing this, she discovers letters that uncover a hidden family secret connected to the memories of the town's residents. As she pieces together her family's narrative, Okurimono evolves into a poignant reflection on the passage of time and the legacies we carry with us.
