Overview

Kannan, a formidable gangster, commands the crime-ridden streets of Kotha with an iron fist. Following a public humiliation at Kannan's hands, CI Shahul Haasan devises a clever strategy to reinstate Kotha Rajendran, better known as "Raju," a former criminal with a notorious reputation. Raju's return sets off a chain reaction that alters the power dynamics in the town, igniting a fierce battle for control and challenging Kannan’s reign.
