Dead Boyz Can't Fly (1992)
Buzz presents his art to Norman at the job agency, only to be met with laughter. Offended, Buzz decides to get even and returns to the office building with his friends Goose and Jo Jo. Together, they wreak havoc on the 13th floor, intimidating the employees as they go. The only ones standing against them are a couple of tough Vietnam veterans and a lawyer who’s lost all hope, making for a tense showdown.
