Overview

Escaping a sinister backwoods cult, a woman seeks redemption by working at a facility for adults with special needs. Her hope for a fresh start quickly unravels when she encounters a young girl with Down syndrome who needs her help. As she grapples with haunting memories from her past, the woman's resolve is tested.
