Overview

A directionless young man immersed in the world of ticket scalping, gambling, and drinking finds himself in a precarious situation. To secure a loan from a friend, he reluctantly takes on the role of coach for a Little League team in Chicago’s Cabrini Green housing project. As he navigates the challenges of mentorship and the struggles of the kids on his team, he discovers unexpected lessons about responsibility, community, and redemption, ultimately transforming his own life and theirs.
